Base Titanium spends over KES 300 Million annually on Kwale Suppliers. BTL maintains an approved vendor master list from which purchases for common goods and services are sought. All suppliers are required to have:
1. Valid Registered Business
2. Valid PIN Number
3. Traceable physical address
4. Contactable phone numbers and post office address
5. Functional Email Address
Through this program Kwale youth are challenged to adopt a positive business attitude and rise up to compete for business opportunities.
