Base Titanium is also known for research studies. Students from all around there come and conduct their research there. Research institutes are one of the important institutes not only in Kenya but around the world. Students also benefit alot by gathering alot of information concerning the research they undertake.

Employment opportunities have been offered to graduates students who are in the field of mining from any sector. This has led to youths getting alot of hopes of getting jobs after they have graduated, as nowadays many youths have been complaining about not having job opportunities after they graduate from colleges and universities.

People have also gained alot of experience as they are working under base titanium and this has motivated people to study different courses as they have seen and experienced their importance. Experience is one of the important element to any person who has finished his or her studies, as experience makes people to be more active and increase productivity.

Base titanium has also act as a upporters for other small organisations which are coming up, the best example is the (UIG) Ummah Initiative Group, has been highly supported by Base Titanium, in that they help one another hand in hand by supporting youths in various parts of the country.

Base Titanium aslo supports university students who have qualified for their degree courses but they are not able to pay school fees, Base Titanium pays for them so as to show support and unity among the people of kwale.

Recognition of the kwale county. Kwale county, many people were not that familiar with, have now recognised it because of the Base Titanium. Its not only in Kenya but also around the world has led people to be familiarised with the Kwale county.
